I recently bought a 2024 Road Glide from MotorCity Harley-Davidson. This was my second purchase from this dealership, the last one being a new V-Rod in 2017. I had a great experience both times. This time, I met Chet Hill from Sales, who took the time to help me look at all my options and helped me through the process of selecting my next motorcycle. He's very friendly and a great guy. I had great support from him even after the sale was done. Often the support falls off quickly as soon as you sign the dotted line, not here. I traded in two other bikes while buying this one and think I got an acceptable price for those as well. I met a few other people in other departments during my orientation walk-through after getting the bike. All were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'm really happy with the team at this dealership.
